Over the years, Rakki Interiors has grown from a developing interiors business into a structured execution company with its main manufacturing unit now located in Red Hills, Chennai. With more than 2700 projects across residential, commercial, B2B, and channel partner requirements, we have gained experience across varied spaces, scales, and client expectations.

Behind the Design
Vignesh Venkatesan, the founder of Rakki Interiors, brings a strong understanding of the interiors industry, shaped by hands-on experience from a young age.
His journey began during his school years, where early exposure to the field helped him develop a practical understanding of materials, workmanship and site execution.
Before establishing Rakki Interiors, he also gained professional experience outside the industry, including three years in the IT sector. This helped him develop a structured approach that combined craftsmanship with planning and systems.
In 2011, he founded Rakki Interiors in Chennai with a clear focus on precision and execution. Under his leadership, the company has grown into a manufacturing-backed interiors brand offering turnkey solutions, modular furniture and project delivery.
Today, his vision is to build Rakki Interiors into a more organised and scalable company, known for quality, reliability and consistent execution across residential, commercial, B2B and B2CH projects.

The main manufacturing unit, now located in Red Hills, Chennai, supports the production of modular furniture, panels and interior components for residential, commercial, B2B and channel partner requirements. This factory-backed approach gives Rakki Interiors greater control over finish quality, production timelines, customisation and installation readiness.
In 2024, the company further strengthened its production capabilities with new machinery and a modern PU paint booth facility, supporting a more refined and professional finishing process.
