href=\"mailto:sr.program.coordinator@iittnif.com\">sr.program.coordinator@iittnif.com<\/a><\/strong>.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">This email will be treated as a notice of withdrawal.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">The refund amount will be calculated as per the applicable tier-based policy.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Mandatory Information:<\/b><ul><li aria-level=\"2\">Please include your Full Name, Programme Name, and Application Number and Transaction Details in all refund-related communications.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Important:<\/b><ul><li aria-level=\"2\">Requests sent via WhatsApp, text message, phone calls, or to any other email addresses will not be considered valid.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">The refund process may take up to a maximum of 30 days
